Rehana Plaza Hotel ★★★★★

I stayed for 10 days (With an extension of 3 days). Initially had doubt due to some Old reviews but at the end overall very well satisfied with my selection. Overall the rooms in main building are spacious - ask for classic rooms if your stay is more than 2-3 days, lifts are quick and cleanliness well maintained. The restaurant is under renovation but they provide the breakfast in room so nothing to worry. Specifically "Oriental Breakfast" is wow. Hotel staff is helpful in all aspects even with ordering the food from out side restaurant they helped us at late night (me and my team members). Location of the hotel is very good. Very little sound of vehicles on outside road which is in fact a main road connecting to Giza / 6th of October city. Distance from Airport is also 10-15 kms but it takes little time to reach thanks to great road conditions in Cairo. I travelled to Giza / 6th of October city / 10th of Ramadan industrial area/ Badr city / Sadat city & Dahalia city and hotel location is well connected to all sides.

Cleaning process of bathrooms needs to be improved.

The crew is very nice and swimming pool is very good. Look like a good hotel.. a lot of weddings happens those days, people should like there.. no problems about it. Is a good option to save money and stay in comfortable bed.

The breakfast options and our room was to city view and the horn noise is unbelievable. They should have insulation to the windows.

-Staff was outstandingly cooperative and strive to serve at their best -Ease of reach to location -Close to city star mall (10-15min drive) and airport too

-Food and dinning at Level 4 was below expectation

internet was not working, Poor rooms in relation to the price, Lights in the floor was not working - we needed a flashlight.

My room location. Its was in main road side. So its was very noisy. They over charge me. When i booked i was 38 USD and they took 52 USD from me.

-Food -Staff -Location -Military camp -No permission for visitors after 12:00 am !!!! -Noise around -I was surprised that this hotel is for military -not for civilians and converted to be for both !!! -No additional door keys are giving even for the 2nd gust in the room -Car parking is not free - first day was a smoke smiling inside the room and they said that because the kitchen air system is not working

Location very bad. Very crowded. Very noisy. Staff is very selfish, asking for money. Shower and bathroom very bad. Not suitable for business trips at all.

The location was not so bad

Noisy hotel, five nights at there and 5 noisy weddings, it was impossible to rest, low quality Wi-Fi and poor breakfast, they made you pay for the water and day by day the same food, not the same type, the same food. Complicated to find someone speaking a minimum English level

The device great, the bed , customer service friendly Dinner food great , room service, swimming room and the GYM

The extra tax money was $ 150 on the price . Shower water weak, expensive dinner rate , the room was near the Main Street traffic and the the wifi was very weak and the shower spilled onto the bathroom even with the door closed

2nd stay here, excellent quality rooms, very clean, good location. excellent breakfast with good variety, fresh tasty bread and juice. Helpful friendly staff from reception to the cleaners, lovely ambience.

WIFI awful! had to sit at reception in order to use it. Not working in room at all. The only downfall with this splendid Hotel.

Location is excellent. Close to many restaurant, city is wild and loud, enjoyable and experience. Rooms where big with living room and dining table, bed was big and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast was poor, limited variety. Swim pool and sauna is decent and clean. Staff are excellent, always willing to help and meet your needs. Price is cheap and worth the hotel compared to others in Cairo. Hotel is very secure and security is very tight which made our stay feel good and safe

They could improve breakfast with better choice. Bring at least coffee and tea machine.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and the hotel was clean at all times. The lobby and the terrace are good as well.

The road leading up to it is extremely polluted. But once you get to the hotel it’s all good.

the check in was fast, rooms size is ok & facilities of the room was fine.

no H/K even once during the 3 nights, no wi fi provided by the hotel although its mentioned that its free of charge, bit crowded room as its facing the swimming pool & its always full of kids for training

Cheap hotel

The room I got was not at the main building, the door and location of the room was terrible. The room was big but not well equipped. I didn’t feel save there. The service was not good, an unfriendly woman at the reception.
